Support for Grenfell Tower Residents
June 16th 2017, by cudedesign
“Following the sad and tragic events of Wednesday, 14th June at Grenfell Tower, ccha have made a donation to the Evening Standard Dispossessed Fund in support of all those affected.
This fund will distribute funds to those who have had their home and belongings destroyed by the fire, and the appeal and distribution of funds to victims in need of support will be run by The London Community Foundation, who work in partnership with Croydon Voluntary Action and East End Community Foundation.
More details and ways to donate can be found here.
Although none of our properties are high rise blocks (six stories or more) we wish to reassure residents that we take fire safety very seriously and that their safety is our priority. We have robust measures in place to ensure the safety of all our properties and we continue to work closely with our contractors and consultants to ensure these measures meet all the necessary legal standards.
Further fire safety advice from the Fire Brigade can be found on their website London Fire Brigade – Fire safety”
